Spirituality

“Spirituality”—as I see it—is energy in the universe that we’re all a part of. And I believe we’re all ontributing to this energy every day, whether we’re conscious of it or not.

The catchphrases people have grown accustomed to hearing under the realm of spirituality are:

  • The law of attraction. This is a belief that what we think about, and authentically feel beneath the thought, is the catalyst to what we have (or don’t have) in our life.
  • The law of cause and effect. Some people call this karma.Simply stated, this is a belief that the energy you put into the world will come back to you. So in essence, you’re continuously creating your own experience you’re having in the world.
  • Synchronicity (Coincidence). This means things don’t just happen haphazardly; there are no accidents.

Bringing spirituality into your life and believing in something bigger than yourself will set you on the path to getting the life you want. By having a firm grasp of this concept, you’ll understand that life’s painful moments are there to get us to our next place of growth. You’ll see that it’s in life’s toughest times when we learn our greatest
lessons. And you’ll possess a firm knowledge that when one door closes, another door is about to open.

A great way to start incorporating spirituality into your life is by finding a way to meditate that works for you. Meditation is a form of spiritual practice that will really help you approach your life from a much calmer, more clear-headed place. Bringing spirituality and meditation into your life will truly help you to become a happier,
healthier, and more balanced person.
