Positive Psychology

Although the idea of positive psychology has been around for over a decade, it’s still considered a fairly new concept. Not enough people are familiar with the notion of flourishing versus constantly focusing on the problems they have.

The skills of enjoying positive emotions, being engaged with people you care about, having meaning in your life, achieving your work goals, and maintaining good relationships are entirely different than just managing not to have depression or anxiety. The absence of troubled mental health is not enough. It can leave someone stuck in nothingness, purposelessness, and boredom. We are looking to create positivity and peace in your life.

Some of the concepts associated with positive psychology are: optimism, mastery, flow, pleasure, laughter, giving to others, gratitude, and forgiveness. And there’s so much to learn about each one of these areas.

Learning and practicing the tenets of this viewpoint, and becoming fully engaged and excited in the world, will have an extraordinary impact on your ability to bring the things you want into your life.
